MIDICI BRINGS AUTHENTIC ITALIAN PIZZA TO THE GATEWAY

Midici’s first Salt Lake location is the latest addition to The Gateway’s Restaurant Row

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company, an authentic, locally-owned Neapolitan restaurant with a mission to bring friends together, has announced the grand opening of its first Salt Lake City location. To celebrate the occasion, the newest Gateway tenant will be giving each guest one free 12” Neapolitan Margherita Pizza Saturday, June 16th and Sunday, June 17th from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Guests will find the new location near the Megaplex Theatres on the lower level of The Gateway.
“Opening MidiCi at the Gateway provides us with a great location to build our brand promise, to bring friends together over Neapolitan Pizza.” said restaurant owner, Marc Crossman who owns the restaurant with his partners Shane Barber and Kathryn Conroy.
MidiCi features high quality, wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas made with Non-GMO dough and other Italian culinary delights including salads, burrata, signature desserts and will feature local craft beer and select wine. MidiCi is a unique dining experience that combines quality food with affordability.

MidiCi will serve traditional Neapolitan cuisine including salads, burrata, signature desserts and will feature local craft beer and select wine using fresh, natural, ingredients including non-GMO dough made in house each day. The space, designed by acclaimed hotel and restaurant architect and designer Sam Marshall, will provide pizza lovers with an upscale dining atmosphere, while maintaining the ease and affordability of a casual restaurant concept.
